About

I’m a Bay Area native with a propensity towards engineering and design. My passion for the sciences was kicked off in high school, with my involvement in a competition known as F.I.R.S.T. Robotics Competition. I enjoyed the intense competition environment and was able to build the foundation for my skills in engineering.

I went on to obtain my BSME from UC Irvine.

During college, I had a scattering of different internships that spanned the industries of: medical devices, electric vehicles, and robotics R&D. On the side, I picked up small jobs for machined parts, which I would make at the TechShop.

I spent the three years following college as a mechanical engineer at Dishcraft Robotics, where we were developing a full robotic system for cleaning and processing dishes in high volume kitchens. I currently work as a mechanical engineer at Johnson & Johnson as a subsystem owner of a portion of their surgical robotic system.

On the side, I like diving into big ambitious projects where I can get my hands dirty. More recently, I’ve built an off road buggy and remodeled my bedroom.
